Multiple Location Support
Sotto's Unwired Office Solution was designed to meet the needs of businesses with one or many business locations. Whether a branch office, field site or home office, all Sotto's Unwired Office solutions are supported transparently across multiple locations at no additional service cost except for the necessary equipment and broadband connection. For small office and home office deployments, Sotto has developed the Sotto Gateway a combined network access gateway and wireless access point. The Sotto Gateway is a low-cost solution that is simple to install and manage.
Sotto has also developed a unique and industry leading e911 solution which supports emergency calling from hybrid wireless handsets in a multi-location deployment. Any 911 call placed on VoIP will have the proper location reported to the emergency call center or PSAP (Public Safety Answering Point).
Cellular Service
When Sotto customers leave their office building, calls are routed via cellular to their Sotto phone. And, when using a Sotto Hybrid Wireless phone, users can access many of the advanced calling features they’re used to in the office.
