Sotto has developed a unique, Web-based application that allows companies to easily self-manage and monitor all office and cellular communication services and usage - from one centralized location.

The Sotto Service Manager allows a business to:
  • Setup and manage their office telephony services
  • Manage costs by monitoring and setting alerts for cellular usage
  • Perform easy moves, adds, and changes to their services
  • View call detail records and usage reporting at the company, group, or individual level
  • Define the organizational structure that is reflected on the invoice, reporting, and within Service Manager
  • View invoices and manage payments
For each Sotto subscriber there is also a MyPhone view of the Service Manager that allows them to manage their individual service, view usage, access a visual voicemail box, and see the busy idle/status of lines within their company.
